Presentation Format

This year's conference will be held online.
The language will be Japanese or English.
The full conference programme will be published on the website in late August.
The proceedings will be published in pdf format and will be available for download by registrants.


General Presentation

General lectures will be given as both on-demand oral presentations and poster presentations.

On-demand Oral Presentation

Oral presentations will be delivered on demand on Youtube.
Presentation time is 20 minutes 5 minutes for the short version, around 20 minutes for the long version. Question and answer session will be held at the online poster session on the day of the conference. (The system will be announced later.) on oVice.
The slides with audio will not be available for download or URL-only access, and will only be available to registered users from one week before the conference. from Thursday 16 September 2021.
Recording or taking pictures of the screen during playback is prohibited.

Poster Presentations

Presentations will be made live and intercommunicable on the online system during the specified time.
Information on the format of the presentation materials will be available in late July. Presentation materials can be in any format, including images and videos that can be shared on the oVice.


Keynote Lectures

These sessions will be broadcast live online.
In order to minimise problems with the live transmission, speakers will be asked to check the connection before their presentation. There will also be a separate test day a few days before the event. This will be announced separately.
There will also be an opportunity for audience members to check the stability of the connection before the conference.
The live webcast will be recorded by the conference secretariat and will only be available to participants on demand during the conference. It will not be available for download.
